"When an electrical fire destroyed the kitchen of the J. Huston Tavern (the oldest continuously operating restaurant west of the Mississippi), we needed to quickly come up with a solution to stay in business. Our restaurant is located in a tiny historic town that also features a popular summer stock theatre, so for us to be without this important dining option would have been devastating to the entire village.
