Efficient Mobile Foodservice in a Compact Layout

Mobile Kitchen 28-045 provides a complete commercial cooking and food-preparation environment within an efficient 28-foot trailer. Its thoughtfully arranged layout supports cooking, baking, frying, refrigeration, warewashing, holding, and service from a single mobile facility.

The kitchen includes a six-burner range with oven, double convection oven, tilt skillet, fryer, and 36-inch flattop griddle for flexible menu production. A two-door cooler and freezer provide refrigerated and frozen storage, while stainless-steel worktables and a warming cabinet help keep preparation and service organized.

A three-basin sink, dedicated hand sink, and under-counter dishwasher support essential sanitation workflows. The built-in concession window also allows meals to be served directly from the trailer, making this unit well suited for temporary dining operations, renovations, special events, emergency response, and other short- or long-term foodservice needs.
