The Youth Detention Center Project was set up in Philadelphia, PA. A 400 person per meal temporary facility was needed for a period of 3 years. This project included mobile kitchens, a prep food trailer, a cooler & freezer, and dishwashing units. The project took 2 weeks to construct. Special considerations included the facilities being 100% electric with back up electrical generation, due to safety requirements no gas could be used.
