Whiskey Joe's Bar & Grill

U.S. Mobile Kitchens designed and configured two (2) mobile kitchen trailers for Whiskey Joe’s Bar & Grill in Florida. Both units support their restaurant locations that required permanent beach kitchens—a 48’ mobile kitchen in Pensacola Beach and a 28’ mobile kitchen in Tampa. The interior layouts were customized to accommodate a large amount of refrigeration and cook equipment within the most optimal space.

"I was asked to manage a project to completely redo our country club’s 50 year old kitchen. We needed a temporary way to provide meals to our members, so I reached out to several mobile kitchen providers. U.S. Mobile Kitchens was by far the most helpful company I dealt with. They were able to lead me through the process helping me understand what all would be required. Their project manager showed up in Texas to help set up the kitchen trailer, dishwashing trailer and walk-in cooler and freezer. We utilized this setup for about seven months while the indoor kitchen was being remodeled.
