U.S. Mobile Kitchens fabricated two identical, custom built 53’ Mobile Kitchens for the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) Job Corps Fire Program. These units are stationed in Montana and Oregon, and are used to support All Hazard Incidents, in addition to Prescribed Fires and USFS Job Corps related training across the nation. Each of these mobile kitchen units have the ability to operate in the field “self-contained” with onboard power generation, refrigeration, propane, potable water and gray water holding tanks. An on-board exterior deck and stair system allows serving window access from the trailer to efficiently maximize service output. Both units are capable of feeding several hundred people per meal period.
