The Convention Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota needed a temporary kitchen facility during their recent major renovation. This project which was 3.5 months in duration, allowed U.S. Mobile Kitchens to design, build and deliver/set-up a temporary kitchen solution. This three-container complex comprised of a 36’ cookline, prep area, wash bay, and walk-in refrigeration. Units were craned into place under a covered loading dock area of the facility.
