U.S. Mobile Kitchen contracted with OVG360, a foodservice vendor of Chase Stadium in Miami, FL to supply skid kitchens for concessions support during the stadium’s expansion. The units are used in designated areas while permanent facilities are under construction. The hospitality area required (1) sink skid equipped with a 3-compartment sink, hand sink and water heater, and (2) skid kitchens equipped with deep fryers, a flattop griddle, and a six burner range with over. 

U.S. Mobile Kitchens also supplied the stadium with (10) mobile kitchens that serve as the primary concessions kitchens for the outdoor concourse.
