Orlando Regional Medical Center 

When Orlando Regional Medical Center was in need of a long term solution to needing a temporary kitchen during their renovation project they called U.S. Mobile Kitchens. Tasked with designing, building and installing a modular kitchen and dishwashing facility in record time, U.S. Mobile Kitchens came through with flying colors. The unit had to fit within a 40’ x 150’ courtyard and yet be productive enough to feed over 1,500 people including patients, staff, and visitors. The temporary facility included areas for cooking, food prep, tray line assembly, freezer, cooler and dry storage. This facility was in use for 18 months providing well over 1 million meals during that period.
