U.S. Mobile Kitchens built two identical custom 38’ gooseneck mobile kitchen trailers for GFP Enterprises. These units are designed for emergency deployment for hurricane basecamps, forest fire camps and general emergency support across the United States, and boasts the following details:
 

• On-board potable water, and propane supply for quick setup once onsite with easy transition to site water and propane sources
• Cam-lock electrical connections for standard site power generator feed
• 24’ cookline with convection ovens, tilt skillets, burners and griddles which allows for maximum production output
• Sinks and tankless hot water system meeting proper sanitation codes
• 8’ covered serving window for walk-up service off the side of the trailer—capable of serving over 100 persons per hour per unit
• Gooseneck style trailer allows for pickup truck transport
• Shorter length allow deployment into tight spaces
