U.S. Mobile Kitchens provided Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital (Birmingham, AL) mobile facilities for use during an 8-month kitchen renovation. The units provided will support the staff in serving up to 900 meals a day to the hospital's patients, including:
