Dilworth Park, next to City Hall in downtown Philadelphia, is transformed into several winter attractions from November - February, including a Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market, an ice ring, Deck the Hall Holiday Light Show and much more. U.S. Mobile Kitchens provided Brulee Catering several mobile units in support of the Rothman Orthopedics Cabin— a space decorated in the style of a ski chalet that serves seasonal dishes and festive cocktails to people enjoying the festivities. 

Mobile facilities include:

• Two (2) Skid Kitchens
• A Skid Kitchen Sink
• Walk-in refrigerator trailer and mobile freezer trailer
