Blythedale Children’s Hospital, an independent specialty children’s hospital in New York, turned to U.S. Mobile Kitchens for meal service support during their 15-month-long kitchen renovation. U.S. Mobile Kitchens provided a 48’ mobile kitchen trailer and a mobile freezer for the hospital.

"I was asked to manage a project to completely redo our country club’s 50 year old kitchen. We needed a temporary way to provide meals to our members, so I reached out to several mobile kitchen providers. U.S. Mobile Kitchens was by far the most helpful company I dealt with. They were able to lead me through the process helping me understand what all would be required. Their project manager showed up in Texas to help set up the kitchen trailer, dishwashing trailer and walk-in cooler and freezer. We utilized this setup for about seven months while the indoor kitchen was being remodeled. Any time there was an issue, U.S. Mobile Kitchens would immediately respond to make sure we didn’t miss a beat. They helped make a really difficult project much more manageable.
